Process

 

ALL THE DETAILS

Once you've gone through this guide and decided on what you'd like for your session, you'll fill out the questionnaire that was sent to you. I'll go through it and address any questions you may have!

CONTRACT + PAYMENT

Once details are decided (date + city), I'll follow up with a contract and invoice for the session.  A non-refundable retainer of 30% + any studio fees will be required within 7 days of invoice being sent. A hold will be placed on your reserved date during these 7 days. For sessions booked within 30 days, this hold will be 48 hours. After this window, I can't guarantee that your date will still be available. Final payment will be due one day before our session date.

PLANNING

 

After officially reserving your spot, we'll jump on a call or meet in person to chat about bringing your vision to life. In the weeks/months leading up to your session, we'll brainstorm ideas and create a vision board through Pinterest  where you can add any inspiration for your session. I'll send reminders, and check in with you occasionally, and you're more than welcome to reach out to me at any point as well.

 

PHOTO DAY!

Yay! The day of your session is finally here! Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow yourself plenty of time to find parking, do any last-minute touch-ups, or get any props ready to go.


This session is meant to be a fun and memorable experience for you! I know that photo days can sometimes feel overwhelming, so give yourself plenty of time to prepare and try not to overbook your day. Think of this session as a special gift to yourself —a moment to celebrate you and your professional endeavors.


GALLERY DELIVERY

 

 

After our session, I'll carefully choose and edit all the best photos from our time together. The final high resolution images will be delivered within 4 weeks via email as a secure online gallery. This gallery will be available for 90 days, giving you plenty of time to download your photos. You'll receive printing and commercial usage rights to use the photos for all of your personal and marketing purposes.
